The Terms and Conditions section is a contractual agreement between Bradley IV Invest LLC and it's customers. The information and services available to you the customer(s) are contingent on following said rules.

I Agree:

• Bradley IV Invest LLC reserves the right to refuse services to anyone regardless of age, race, religion, ethnicity and or gender identify.
• Bradley IV Invest LLC will not be liable for information errors or website downtime.
• All rights are reserved by Bradley IV Invest LLC regarding copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use or intellectual property owned or managed by the company is prohibited.
• Bradley IV Invest LLC forbids unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• Bradley IV Invest LLC reserves the right to Disable your user accounts and all comments on this website will be monitored closely.
• I "The Customer" understand that any discrimination, hate speech or defamation of Bradley IV Invest LLC and or it's employees and affiliates could result in legal action..
• Upon any disagreement or infraction I "The Customer" will agree to mediation in attempts to settle matters before seeking courts legal authority.

Payment: 3rd Party or Direct to Service Provider

1. For some products/services, the Service Provider will require an Upfront Payment and/or a payment taken during or before your event.

• If we organize your payment, Bradley IV Invest LLC will be responsible for managing your payment and ensuring the completion of your transaction with our Service Provider. In this case, your payment constitutes final settlement of the “due and payable” price.
• If the Service Provider charges you, this will usually be in person at the start or any time prior to the event or service, but it could also be that you pay when the said services are done. This depends on the Upfront Payment policy of the Service Provider as communicated to you in the booking process.

2. If the Service Provider requires an Upfront Payment, it may be taken or pre-authorized when you Book, and it may be non-refundable. Before you book, check the Service Provider’s Upfront Payments policy (Bradley IV Invest LLC will make available), which we don’t influence and aren’t responsible for.
